Public Interest Foundation International Manpower Development Organization (abbreviated as IM Japan) is the only supervising organization in Japan that has signed agreements with the governments of the sending countries (home countries), and accepts technical interns sent directly by those governments. As a pioneer of the Technical Intern Training Program for foreign nationals, IM Japan has supported the sound and effective operation of such program for about 30 years. In fact, IM Japan has accepted the largest number of technical interns into Japan so far.
